Is my purchase refundable?
Our refund policy is as follows: 50% of the retail price will be refunded to the original payment method when the customer cancels at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery time.
To be eligible for a 50% refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery time, otherwise the order is non-refundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. If your refund has been confirmed by Charcuterie To Go, LLC, and you have not received a credit to your account within 5 business days, please contact your financial institution.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Is a deposit required on special orders?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required for custom boards and special orders. The deposit is non-refundable.
Can you accommodate allergies?
If there are certain herbs, nuts, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, etc. you do not want included, please notate that in your order’s special instructions.
